1. Order Processing & Fulfillment
At TEMAMILAGROUP LLC, we are committed to delivering high-quality real estate education, consulting, and investment services. Upon successful payment, customers will receive:
- For Digital Products & Courses: Immediate access to online materials via email or user dashboard.
- For Coaching & Consulting Services: A confirmation email with details of the session, including scheduling and access links.
- For Events & Webinars: A confirmation email with event details, including date, time, and access instructions.
If you do not receive your purchased product or service confirmation within 24 hours, please contact us at [email protected] or call (916) 514-2278.
2. Refund Policy
We value customer satisfaction and stand by the quality of our services. However, due to the nature of our business, our refund policy varies based on the product or service purchased.
A. Digital Products & Courses
- All sales for digital products (online courses, downloadable materials, or recorded webinars) are final and non-refundable once access has been granted.
- If you experience technical issues preventing access, please contact us within 7 days of purchase for assistance.
B. Coaching & Consulting Services
- If you need to reschedule a session, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance.
- Cancellations made at least 48 hours before the session are eligible for a 50% refund or a full credit toward a future session.
- Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the session are non-refundable.
C. Events & Webinars
- Tickets for live events and webinars are non-refundable, but they may be transferred to another attendee if requested at least 7 days before the event.
- If an event is canceled or rescheduled by us, customers will receive a full refund or the option to attend a future event.
3. Subscription & Membership Cancellation
If you have a subscription-based service with us:
- You may cancel at any time through your account dashboard or by contacting us at least 3 business days before the next billing cycle.
- No refunds will be issued for partially used subscription periods.
4. Chargebacks & Disputes
Customers are encouraged to contact our support team before initiating a chargeback or dispute. We will work to resolve any concerns in a fair and timely manner. Fraudulent chargebacks may result in account suspension.
